HOW TO USE:
Color & Ions Permed Hair
Direction: – Shampoo and clean hair without massaging or rub. Rinse and towel dry. – Curl hair on curlers then apply Perming Lotion 1. Wear bath cap during process. Leave on for 12-15 minutes for a chemical reaction (depending on individual hair). Then, rinse well. – Apply Perming Neutralizer 2 onto hair and wait for another 15-20 minutes. – Loosen hair from curlers and shampoo wash a second time with conditioner. Rinse well and towel dry. – Style as desired.
